Overview

This position at Twilio as a Fraud Operations Specialist focuses on combating fraud and abuse on their communications platform. The role is remote and located in Estonia.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate cases quickly and efficiently, performing analysis of non-compliant traffic to understand bad actor behavior.
• Protect Twilio customers through ongoing identification of bad actors and fraudulent activity.
• Identify trends, root cause gaps, and recommend preventative solutions to stop bad actors.

Requirements

Required:

• Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule; weekends, holidays, and evenings may be required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a strong bias for action.
• Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role requiring effective communication.

Desired:

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar data extraction tools.
• Basic understanding of APIs and related technologies.
• 1-2 years experience in a queue-based/contact center environment.
