This role involves leading Blockchain's growth in Singapore, focusing on expanding the wealth and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for Singapore, focusing on HNWIs and the retail user base.
• Identify and scale effective acquisition and engagement channels.
• Build and nurture relationships with HNWIs and sophisticated investors.
• Execute local brand and market presence through events and campaigns.
• Localize and execute global campaigns for effective deployment in Singapore.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a crypto or digital asset company in a growth or management role.
• Deep understanding of the crypto industry and customer behaviors.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Existing relationships across Singapore's HNWI and crypto ecosystem.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.
