Overview
This program offers a dynamic role as a Recruitment Associate at LEEP, supporting talent acquisition and hiring processes to eliminate childhood lead poisoning globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting openings, sourcing candidates, and screening applications.
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and communications between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage reference checks, offer letters, and recruitment documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain applicant tracking systems.
- Identify workflow gaps and suggest process improvements.
- Contribute to building scalable hiring practices.
- Act as a liaison between recruitment and other departments.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of professional experience (recruitment experience preferred but not essential).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Digital literacy with Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems.
- Curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to ambiguity.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and systems thinking skills.
