Overview
The role involves shaping the coaching capabilities of frontline managers at Harvey, a company focused on transforming legal and professional services through innovative AI solutions. The GTM Enablement Manager will develop and lead a comprehensive coaching program aimed at enhancing team effectiveness and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own a structured coaching program for frontline managers, defining success metrics and governance.
- Translate sales methodology into actionable field behaviors and create a reinforcement model.
- Develop foundational skill-building programs for managers, focusing on discovery and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Revenue Leadership to align coaching with business processes.
- Define success metrics and continuously improve based on manager adoption and field productivity.
- Partner with the GTM Onboarding PM to create best-in-class onboarding content for new managers.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or program management, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Demonstrated success in building programs for managers rather than just individual contributors.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and experience in translating them into practices.
- Strong program management skills, including governance and measurement frameworks.
- Ability to drive behavior change and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of structuring ambiguous tasks.
Benefits
Compensation ranges from $136,000 to $187,000 USD.
