GTM Engineer - India @Juniper Square

Overview

The GTM Engineer role focuses on revenue operations, AI engineering, and go-to-market systems at Juniper Square. The position emphasizes the design, building, and operationalization of AI-powered agents and workflow automation that enhance sales and revenue efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered GTM agents to automate deal intelligence, rep coaching, communication drafting, and opportunity scoring throughout the sales cycle.
• Translate GTM processes and requirements into effective technical systems, bridging the gap between revenue team needs and technological capabilities.
• Architect and maintain data infrastructure for GTM systems, including folder structures and data feeds organized by sales manager and deal context.
• Build and maintain integrations among core GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clay, and Gong.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing Ops to deliver automation that minimizes manual work and enhances data quality.
• Develop reusable skills and agents to enable self-service for QBR generation, forecasting, and deal review.
• Establish governance and access patterns for GTM data, ensuring security and scalability as access expands.
• Partner with the GTM engineering team to contribute to standards, documentation, and repeatable build patterns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical revenue operations, sales systems engineering, or GTM engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agent frameworks; practical experience building real AI-powered tools.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including its data model, APIs, and permissions.
• Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment and workflow automation platforms.
• A demonstrated ability to translate business processes into working technical systems.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with a broad ownership scope.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
