Overview

Juniper Square is seeking a Technical Consultant to empower clients in maximizing the value of the investment management platform. The role focuses on driving successful implementations and fostering long-term relationships through deep product knowledge and industry insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Consultation: Partner with clients to craft adoption plans that align with their strategic goals.
• Solution Delivery: Lead the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring timely execution.
• Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs for users at varying levels of expertise.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on product functionality and industry best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to resolve issues and influence product decisions.
• Process Optimization: Implement standard operating procedures for the Technical Consulting Team.
• Knowledge Sharing: Maintain documentation on best practices within the organization.
• AI-Enabled Efficiency: Leverage AI tools to manage client interactions and streamline tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the investment management industry.
• Proven ability to lead client meetings and presentations, including to executives.
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvements.
• Experience using AI tools productively for day-to-day work.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 10% as needed.
• Technical experience with API implementations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
