GTM Finance Sr. Analyst @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is a leader in the data integration space, dedicated to simplifying access to data. The company is now seeking a Senior Analyst for the GTM Finance team, responsible for providing insights that impact revenue strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales capacity models to support decisions on headcount and productivity.
• Analyze revenue planning for existing customers, managing renewals, expansion, and churn.
• Collaborate with Sales leaders on headcount forecasts and budget planning.
• Evaluate the return on sales investments by analyzing headcount and productivity metrics.
• Support forecasting and annual planning, including target setting and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for Sales and Finance leadership.
• Work closely with various teams to improve data quality and deliver decision support.
• Create clear analyses, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics, revenue forecasting, and GTM operating models.
• Expert-level modeling skills in Excel/Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a bias toward action.

Location

Remote, with a hybrid work model requiring two days in the office each week in Oakland, California.
