Overview

Brex is seeking a Business Recruiter to play a pivotal role in scaling its G&A and GTM functions. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to attract and evaluate top talent while ensuring an engaging hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers in G&A and GTM functions to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Proactively source passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
• Own the full candidate experience from sourcing to close, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process.
• Create comprehensive talent maps to share insights on the talent market.
• Represent Brex to candidates, helping to find and attract exceptional talent.
• Interview candidates using various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).

Requirements

• 1+ years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience.
• Strong ability to build relationships with G&A and GTM hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate recruiting efforts across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices.
• BS in Human Resources or a relevant degree.
• Must be willing to work in office 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges from $96,728 to $120,910 depending on various factors. Additional compensation may include equity and other forms of remuneration.

Location

This role is based in San Francisco, California. It is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, with up to four weeks of fully remote work per year as a perk.
