GTM Systems Architect @Figma

Overview

Figma is looking for a GTM Systems Architect to optimize, scale, and govern Salesforce, supporting various cross-functional teams. This role combines business analysis, systems expertise, and data stewardship to drive operational excellence across multiple departments including Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce-related operational and process inquiries from cross-functional partners.
• Respond to and triage complex process questions, recommending scalable solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine and evolve workflows based on business needs.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce enhancements and releases.
• Validate that implemented solutions meet functional requirements and business objectives.
• Focus on maintaining the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem and driving Salesforce adoption.
• Build and maintain scalable processes for partner onboarding and engagement tracking.
• Document system configurations to optimize user experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator, particularly in Partner Ecosystem Management.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its integrations.
• Strong data management skills, including knowledge of SQL/SOQL and advanced reporting.
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with SaaS Go-To-Market models, experience in SCRUM or agile environments, Salesforce certifications, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
