Senior Account Executive @Twilio

Overview

Twilio is a remote-first company specializing in innovative communication solutions. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will focus on acquiring new business opportunities across their Messaging, Voice, and Email products.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for new customer acquisition with a quota for incremental Account Contract Value (iACV).
• Conduct highly analytical and consultative sales cycles, winning business in competitive environments.
• Understand customer needs and design specific solutions using Twilio’s communications API platform.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial contracts while balancing business needs.
• Utilize world-class interpersonal skills to present complex details to prospects.
• Manage competing priorities and multiple projects effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop territory strategies and sales plans.
• Act as the voice of the customer to product and carrier relations teams.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce CRM.
• Stay current with industry trends and share best practices.

Requirements

• 8 years of full cycle sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a highly analytical or technical sales role.
• Experience in selling technical SaaS or CPaaS solutions.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills and strategy execution.
• Comfortable engaging with business and technical leaders.
• Ability to develop analytical account strategies based on data.
• Demonstrated experience managing forecasts and financial models.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to define processes and build programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
