GTM Systems & Operations Manager @Persona

Overview

Persona is a configurable identity platform designed for businesses in a digital-first world. The GTM Systems & Operations Manager will develop, maintain, and scale the customer success strategy, focusing on optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency within customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement lifecycle processes to support customer outcomes and drive business growth.
• Establish appropriate touch points throughout the customer journey.
• Develop methodology, processes, and systems that support customer engagement across all segments and teams.
• Research, evaluate, and implement tools to increase the efficiency of the Post-Sales team.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization focused on scalability.
• Curate content and playbooks for efficient delivery of customer outcomes.
• Design and build reporting for the Post-Sales leadership team, including metrics like customer adoption and churn.
• Collaborate with enablement teams to manage the training schedule for new hires.
• Support Customer Success and Solutions Engineering initiatives requiring cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market operations, strategy, or business consulting in a SaaS company.
• Direct experience in Customer Success or Solutions Engineering is a plus.
• Understanding of Customer Success concepts, metrics, and best practices.
• Experience advocating for and managing strategic improvements.
• Ability to prioritize initiatives and excel under ambiguity.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in analyzing and visualizing data using Excel, Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools.
