Overview

The Head of EA Operations leads Harvey’s team of Executive Assistants, being the first dedicated leader for the function. This role involves owning hiring, standards, and global coverage to ensure consistent support for executives and development for EAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Harvey's Executive Assistants, directly managing EAs for VPs and setting standards for executive support across the organization.
• Own end-to-end hiring, matching assistants with executives based on input from leaders.
• Set shared expectations and service levels while partnering with executives on performance and development.
• Drive fairness in leveling and compensation across the EA team.
• Manage global support coverage, balancing team load and planning for capacity needs.
• Provide interim coverage as needed for new executives or when EAs are unavailable.
• Collaborate with onboarding, IT, and People Business Partner teams for a smooth start for new executives.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team of Executive Assistants or executive-support professionals.
• Track record of supporting C-level and senior leaders, demonstrating the ability to earn their trust.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-scaling company.
• Strong operational instincts with the ability to create systems and manage confidential information sensitively.
• Experience managing across multiple offices and time zones on a global scale.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership, work with speed, and maintain accountability.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $187,600 to $258,000 USD.

Location

Remote with a preference for candidates in the United States.
