    Key Responsibilities

    • Mentor and train Incident Commanders and engineering teams.
    • Assist Product Managers in delivering quality outage reports and managing customer escalations.
    • Develop a strategic vision for incident response over a 1-3 year horizon.

    Requirements

    • 8+ years in high-severity incident response.
    • Experience in setting incident response strategy and standards.
    • Ability to influence at the Director/VP/C-suite level.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience mentoring incident commanders.
    • Understanding of the incident response lifecycle.
