Overview

The Microfibre Consortium is seeking an Industry Growth and Engagement Lead to expand its signatory community and increase industry understanding of fibre fragmentation. This is a senior role aimed at fostering relationships and promoting the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to grow TMC’s signatory base across sectors and markets.
Engage prospective signatories, clarifying fibre fragmentation issues.
Represent TMC at UK and international industry events.
Identify emerging opportunities in new industries and partnerships.
Lead fundraising efforts by cultivating relationships with grant-makers.
Build strong relationships with existing signatories.
Deliver presentations and webinars to promote action.
Monitor industry developments and provide insights to TMC.

Requirements

Degree-level education in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of five years’ experience in stakeholder engagement or sustainability-led growth.
Proven ability to develop and deliver strategies with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in English.
Self-motivated and capable of working in a remote environment.
Experience in non-profit or member-led organizations is desirable.
Proficiency in CRM systems is a plus.

Benefits
