Innovation Product Manager, Australia @Harvey

Overview

The Innovation Product Manager joins Harvey's Product Innovation team to drive how the company explores, validates, and launches new product concepts across the Asia-Pacific region. This role connects Harvey's core AI platform with the unique needs of APAC legal markets, translating regional market signals into product strategy that accelerates Harvey's international growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end innovation lifecycle for APAC-relevant product initiatives — from discovery and research through validation, launch, and iteration.
• Partner with APAC GTM leadership and customer success teams to understand regional client needs, competitive dynamics, and regulatory nuances.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and research to scope, prototype, and ship new product experiences.
• Define and track success metrics for new product concepts, using data to inform go/no-go decisions and prioritization.
• Serve as a liaison between APAC market intelligence and the global product roadmap, ensuring regional insights shape company-wide strategy.

Requirements

• Experience at a top law firm or in-house legal team; innovation, legal ops, or consulting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with the legal tech ecosystem as an employee, founder, or advisor to legal tech startups.
• Product-savvy and tech-curious, able to navigate conversations about generative AI, workflow design, privacy, governance, and enterprise rollout.
• Strong communication skills across various roles — partners, associates, engineers, PMs, CIOs, and legal ops.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client engagements in parallel.
• A strong focus on quality and user outcomes with a bias for action.
• Energized by building something new in a domain experiencing significant shifts.
