IPSOS NIGERIA – FIELD SUPERVISORS (PROJECT-BASED RECRUITMENT) @Ipsos Nigeria

Overview

Ipsos Nigeria is currently recruiting experienced and detail-oriented individuals to join its field operations team as Field Supervisors for project-based opportunities. The role involves ensuring high-quality data collection and effective supervision of enumerators across various nationwide projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and coordinate enumerators during fieldwork activities.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data collection according to project protocols.
• Monitor field progress and provide real-time feedback and operational support.
• Conduct routine spot-checks to verify data accuracy and consistency.
• Enforce compliance with research guidelines and quality assurance standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate field-related challenges when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of field activities and submit regular reports.
• Support efficient team coordination to ensure smooth field operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline such as Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in field supervision, data collection, or related research roles.
• Prior experience as a field interviewer or enumerator is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to manage teams effectively and ensure productivity in the field.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality assurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work across assigned locations nationwide.
