Overview
The Development Research and Projects Centre (dRPC) is seeking to engage Project Officers and Research Consultants to support their ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Officers: Coordination and implementation of ongoing projects.
- Research Consultants: Support the Monitoring and Evaluation components of current projects.
Requirements
- Project Officers:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in the Social Sciences.
- At least 3 years’ experience managing donor-funded projects.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience with monitoring, reporting, and donor compliance.
- Ability to prepare high-quality donor reports and activity plans.
- Experience with managing budgets and project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Research Consultants:
- Completion of a postgraduate degree in the Social Sciences.
- Knowledge of techniques for conducting systematic literature reviews.
- Attention to detail and strong writing skills.
- Minimum of 2 peer-reviewed or published research works.
- Proven research and analytical writing skills.
