    Salary: 1100 to 1400 EUR/month (based on seniority and location)

    Since 2020, the organization has reached over 13,000 individuals through training, conducted 270+ coaching sessions, and supported more than 30 media organizations.

    Join a Fully Remote, International Team

    The Self-Investigation is seeking a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to join their fully remote, global team of 7 members and a network of collaborators.

    The role involves managing administrative processes, digital tools, and project workflows to ensure operational efficiency across the organization’s initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Invoice & Financial Tracking

    • Monitor and file ongoing project and institutional invoices and contracts
    • Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring timely payments
    • Organize invoices and receipts for quarterly tax submissions

    Office Coordination

    • Organize monthly team meetings and maintain the team calendar
    • Manage email inboxes, ensuring inquiries are responded to or routed appropriately
    • Coordinate and archive team and partner agreements

    Project & Event Logistics

    • Support platform management: WordPress updates, Zoom account management, Thinkific configurations
    • Assist with ad-hoc organizational tasks and project support

    Candidate Profile

    Essential Skills & Experience

    • 1–2 years in operations, administration, or project coordination, preferably in a remote or international environment
    • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, invoicing, and financial tracking
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
    • Digital literacy: Google Suite, Canva, basic WordPress, Zoom, Mailchimp, Thinkific (preferred)

    Ideal Attributes

    • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
    • Detail-oriented and process-driven

    • Excellent communicator with remote teamwork experience
    • Problem-solver capable of troubleshooting basic digital issues
    • Passion for mental wellbeing and social impact

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Operational proficiency in Spanish
    • Experience in startups, consultancy, or non-profit sectors
    • Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
