Junior Scrum Master @Vonage

Overview

Vonage is seeking a dynamic and pragmatic Junior Scrum Master to join their diverse global team. This role is vital in supporting the company's Agile transformation and offers a chance for someone passionate about Agile to begin their career with the guidance of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in driving Agile transformation by establishing a strong Agile culture within teams.
• Train, mentor, and support teams in adopting Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to help teams monitor performance and foster continuous improvement.
• Encourage open communication and collaboration within and between teams.
• Identify and resolve impediments hindering team progress and productivity.
• Support the Release Train Engineers in planning and executing SAFe events like PI planning.

Requirements

• Some experience as a Scrum Master with familiarity in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of maintaining records and tracking progress.
• Resilience and problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude towards setbacks.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
• Experience in a multicultural environment is beneficial.
