Lead Product Manager @Lattice

Overview

The role involves working as a Lead Product Manager at Lattice, focusing on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and its integrations that enhance Lattice AI capabilities. This position is critical for ensuring interoperability and integration of performance data with various AI tools and third-party productivity platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy, determining the features and integrations to pursue.
• Ship integrations that enhance usability, including new tools and third-party connectors.
• Build scalable foundations for future integrations, focusing on aspects like authentication and execution frameworks.
• Collaborate with Engineering to guide technical direction on MCP tools and integrations.
• Drive go-to-market strategies in partnership with Marketing to launch impactful integrations.
• Own and influence key results related to integration adoption and ecosystem growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on integrations or ecosystem products.
• Experience in building technical integrations within a multi-party ecosystem.
• Strong technical fluency in integration patterns, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
• Demonstrated success in delivering reliable integrations and launching partner or marketplace initiatives.
• Proven ability to turn platforms into competitive advantages.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning internal teams and external partners.
• A bias for action with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Bonus: Exposure to AI ecosystems or HR data workflows.
