Lead Web Designer @Persona

Overview

Persona is a configurable identity platform designed for businesses in a digital-first world. They are seeking a Lead Web Designer to help define and build their website and other consumer-facing digital experiences, primarily focusing on their marketing website.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver category-defining digital experiences across the marketing website and other interactive touchpoints.
• Lead the redesign of the marketing website from strategic alignment and scoping through design, implementation, and stewardship.
• Partner with the web team on day-to-day site needs, enabling the marketing team to iterate and build.
• Champion a new era of design and build processes, collaborating closely with engineering and using the latest tools.
• Promote a culture of feedback and collaboration among designers, cross-functional partners, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop a deep understanding of Persona's brand and influence its future direction.

Requirements

• A standout interactive portfolio showcasing a passion for narrative, craft, and technology.
• 10+ years of experience in agency or in-house environments focused on website design and digital experiences.
• Strong UX instincts and ability to create intuitive, empathetic user experiences.
• Ability to build cohesive visual systems with knowledge of website development and maintenance.
• Self-direction across multiple workstreams and strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Fluency in industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; experience with emerging technologies is a plus.
