Key Responsibilities

• Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate the value of Harvey’s AI solutions.
• Establish credibility in solving customers' specific legal problems.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations for various law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop relevant content for lawyers.
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer” to assist the sales team and product team with legal insights.
• Tailor new solutions to specific customer needs.
• Enhance the market perception of Harvey’s credibility in applying AI solutions.
• Conduct research and competitor analysis.
• Travel may be required to visit customer and company offices.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in Spain.
• At least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm in Spain.
• Strong executive engagement skills and ability to establish relationships with decision makers.
• Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals.
• Curiosity about AI's potential in the legal industry.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
