Overview

The Legal Engineer - Product Specialist at Harvey serves as the face of the company in Korea, working with legal teams to enhance legal effectiveness through AI solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams in Korea, providing guidance on incorporating Harvey's AI into their practice.
• Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to maximize the platform's value for Korean-speaking legal professionals.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewal efforts.
• Address obstacles to adoption by engaging users and developing strategies to overcome them.
• Translate legal practice needs into feedback for the product and engineering teams.
• Contribute customer-facing content for the Korean market, including training materials and use case guides.

Requirements

• Korean legal qualification (변호사 자격) or equivalent with 3+ years of experience as a lawyer at a top-tier law firm.
• Fluency in Korean and English with the ability to operate seamlessly in both languages.
• Executive engagement skills and presence, with strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges, with an interest in AI's impact on the industry.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, including law firm business development.
