    Overview

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams by understanding their workflows and providing tailored guidance for incorporating Harvey’s AI.
    • Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to maximize the platform's value.
    • Act as a strategic partner to identify expansion opportunities and support renewal efforts.
    • Proactively identify and address obstacles to adoption through engagement and empathy.
    • Provide actionable feedback on legal practice needs to product and engineering teams.
    • Monitor usage trends and identify at-risk accounts or new opportunities.
    • Contribute to customer-facing content such as training materials and use case guides.
    • Support the credibility and brand of Harvey by delivering high-quality guidance.
    • Travel may be required, including visits to customer and company offices.

    Requirements

    • Must be qualified in England & Wales.
    • At least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm, with a focus on in-house or transactional work.
    • Strong engagement skills and the ability to build credibility with decision-makers.
    • Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
    • Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges.
    • Curiosity about the potential of AI to transform the legal industry.
    • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, including law firm business development.
    • Experience managing client matters and relationships is advantageous.
