Legal Engineering Manager, APAC @Harvey

Overview

Harvey is transforming legal and professional services through innovative AI solutions and is seeking a Legal Engineering Manager to lead their team in Singapore. This role provides strategic direction and leadership to a team of Legal Engineers who support the sales process by bringing legal expertise and consultative support to law firms and in-house clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Legal Engineers, fostering a high-trust and high-performance culture.
• Ensure quality and consistency in Harvey's pre-sales legal engineering function, managing demos and client interactions to the highest standard.
• Partner with Account Executives and GTM leadership to strategize and support complex deals.
• Engage with prospective lawyers to understand and address workflow challenges.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to integrate field insights into product positioning and strategy.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations to various legal practice groups.
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer” to enhance strategies and provide feedback to the product team.
• Travel to customer and company offices as needed.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE and experience in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Proven team management experience with a focus on talent development and performance improvement.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with a quick ability to develop expertise.
• Strong commercial instincts and credibility with stakeholders in legal settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in training or product sessions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
