• Build scalable frameworks for onboarding, quality assurance, and coverage planning.
• Drive AI adoption and work on tools that improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and banking partners to strengthen controls and resolve issues quickly.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining procedures and advancing automation.
• Translate insights into clear reporting and actionable recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking operations, payments operations, or related functions.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record.
• Practical fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Hex, Granola, and Glean.
