Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Banking Operations analysts, coaching performance and building a culture of accountability.
• Oversee payment monitoring across various payment methods, ensuring timely reviews and resolutions of alerts and exceptions.
• Build scalable frameworks for processes such as onboarding, quality assurance, and escalation management.
• Identify high-impact use cases for AI adoption and improve workflows to enhance speed, quality, and control.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and banking partners to strengthen operational controls.
• Drive continuous improvement in procedures and automation to increase efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Translate insights into clear reports and actionable recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years in banking operations, payments operations, or a related field with experience in high-risk money movement.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a successful track record of coaching and accountability.
• Practical experience with AI tools to improve operational effectiveness.
