    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and lead Docker's global partner marketing function, including strategy, budget, standards, and operating model.
    • Build and maintain the annual Global Partner Marketing Plan with defined spend allocation and pipeline targets.
    • Collaborate with alliances leadership to shape ecosystem go-to-market strategy and manage partner-sourced and influenced pipeline reporting.
    • Translate partner program requirements into scalable campaigns and manage the partner marketing calendar.
    • Lead communication efforts to keep partners engaged and informed, optimizing the Partner Portal content.
    • Oversee the global Partner MDF program, developing co-marketing plans that drive pipeline and awareness.
    • Set and execute the partner event strategy in collaboration with relevant teams.

    Requirements

    • 8+ years in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or open-source software.
    • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a marketing team.
    • Familiarity with partner marketing tools and data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
    • A global mindset with an understanding of regional nuances in EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
    • Familiarity with developer tools or cloud-native ecosystems is an advantage.
