Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the team: Hire engineers, set the team culture, and mentor to create growth opportunities.
• Build capabilities for new experiments: Develop product features that enable teams to run growth experiments without engineering delays.
• Leverage AI for efficiency: Integrate AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and quality.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership: Guide architecture decisions and system designs.
• Partner across departments: Collaborate with Marketing and growth teams to align on platform needs and messaging.
• Shape platform vision: Define development priorities based on user adoption and feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years in engineering management, with a successful application platform history.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Ability to deliver significant impact through small changes.
• Effectiveness in ambiguous environments, balancing short and long-term planning.
• Cross-functional experience with marketing, product, design, and data.
