• Simplify intake, automation, and workflow tooling to eliminate manual double-entry through AI and automation solutions.
• Manage cross-functional operating rhythms, including business reviews and integrated campaign program management.
• Execute change management for new systems with effective documentation, training, and communication plans.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Marketing or Media Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Proven senior individual contributor experience with decision authority over cross-functional operating systems.
• Fluency in program management and project management tooling for non-technical teams.
• Ability to improve fragmented processes into clearer, standardized templates across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of media workflow and familiarity with media tech stacks.
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills with experience working with performance metrics.
