Marketing Manager II, Media Excellence @Instacart

Overview

The Marketing Manager II role focuses on developing and improving the media team's operating infrastructure to enhance campaign performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign and adopt media planning frameworks, templates, and cadences across the team.
• Establish a scalable media operating system with governance on budget pacing, performance reporting, and process automation.
• Simplify intake, automation, and workflow tooling to eliminate manual double-entry through AI and automation solutions.
• Implement cross-functional operating rhythms with transparent workback schedules and stakeholder communication.
• Execute change management for new systems and processes with documentation and training plans for adoption.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 or more years of experience in Marketing or Media Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a senior individual contributor with decision authority in cross-functional systems.
• Fluency in program management and hands-on ownership of project management tools.
• Systems mindset with a proven ability to streamline and standardize processes.
• Strong understanding of media team operations and familiarity with media tech stacks.
• Excellent written communication skills and analytical fluency with performance metrics.
