Overview

Blockchain is a global crypto company that connects the world to the future of finance. They are seeking a Mid-Level React Native Engineer to contribute to the evolution of their mobile architecture into a modular, multiplatform system, enabling rapid development of consumer apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain React Native applications leveraging shared modules from existing mobile and backend systems.
• Contribute to a modular architecture for rapid assembly of new apps from reusable components.
• Collaborate with various teams to define clean interfaces and ensure seamless integration.
• Translate product ideas into mobile experiences with a focus on speed, quality, and scalability.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to expedite implementation while ensuring code quality and performance.
• Validate and review AI-generated code, maintaining high quality and security standards.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, from prototyping to post-launch improvements.
• Debug issues across the stack to enhance reliability and performance of mobile apps.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on experience in React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern mobile development practices.
• Experience building and shipping production mobile apps for iOS and/or Android.
• Understanding of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
• Ability to work with APIs and integrate complex backend-driven features.
• Experience using AI developer tools or strong interest in leveraging them effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to review and validate code.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Location
