Overview
Talent Lab is recruiting a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer for a Non-Governmental Development Organization (NGDO) focused on Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive M&E frameworks for multi-location and multi-stakeholder programs.
- Develop and oversee both quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, including surveys and monitoring instruments.
- Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to support program performance tracking.
- Provide evidence-based insights and recommendations to improve program delivery and outcomes.
- Offer technical M&E support and capacity-building to implementing partners and field teams.
- Strengthen learning systems to promote continuous program improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation within development programs or similar sectors.
- Proven experience designing and implementing M&E systems for complex, multi-location, or multi-partner projects.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
