Overview

Elastic is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead product development for its Security Solutions, primarily focusing on strategic enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities

• Own the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts.
• Translate customer requirements into shipped products based on their pain points.
• Turn feedback from strategic accounts into successful products applicable to the wider market.
• Feed validated customer patterns back into core product roadmaps.
• Serve as the primary product voice in meetings with senior customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software.
• Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR, or security platforms.
• Experience managing enhancement requests across multiple enterprise accounts.
• Strong executive presence and comfort communicating with C-suite stakeholders.
• Technical credibility and ability to write actionable specs for engineers.
• Cross-functional leadership skills and ability to advance work in a remote-first environment.
• Structured thinking and ability to prioritize unstructured problems.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for documentation and synthesis.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
