Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve frameworks, reusable components, and operational guidelines for the software development lifecycle.
• Improve CI infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
• Build and manage systems that produce releasable artifacts.
• Enable ephemeral developer environments and define quality gates for releases.
• Develop tooling and infrastructure for product deployment and release.
• Review code for standards, performance improvements, and early defect detection.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align on requirements, testing strategies, and delivery goals.
• Drive technical communication across teams and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative culture around code quality and best practices.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, Go, Bash, Java, or Scala.
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems, GIT, and modern development practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Ability to design scalable systems and improve developer productivity.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and integrating LLM APIs.
• Strong written and verbal technical communication skills.
