Key Responsibilities
- Own core performance engineering initiatives, focusing on high-impact optimizations.

- Ensure robust performance benchmarks and regression detection.

Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Java internals and JVM memory management.
- Experience in profiling and optimizing distributed systems.

- Proven track record of using AI or advanced tools for optimization and debugging.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and seamlessly transition between projects.
