    Requirements

    • Experience in implementing vector similarity techniques on large-scale search platforms or in academic research.
    • Proficient in core Java and familiar with data structures and concurrency.
    • Ability to work autonomously and manage projects from technical design to development.
    • Strong collaborative skills, especially in remote environments.
    • Familiarity with data storage technologies, including Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven track record in using AI for development, debugging, and optimization.
    • Capacity to collaborate across functions and adapt to different projects based on business needs.
