Instacart is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Partner Manager to join its Business & Supply Chain team. This senior individual contributor role operates at the intersection of strategy, enterprise partnership, and cross-functional leadership, focusing on complex supply chain relationships with major distributors and network partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategic relationship for Instacart's largest supply chain partners, acting as their primary executive contact.
• Define and drive long-term partnership strategies that align partner goals with commercial and product priorities.
• Lead major cross-functional initiatives, setting direction and resolving ambiguity.
• Shape the strategic framework for distributor partnerships, developing scalable playbooks and go-to-market strategies.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand Instacart's footprint in the supply chain ecosystem.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain dynamics and partner needs.
• Analyze complex datasets to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent Instacart in high-stakes external settings, including executive negotiations.
• Mentor and coach other partner managers to elevate team capability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic account management or a related field with complex partnerships.
• Ability to develop and execute impactful strategies.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders without formal authority.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
