Product Data Analyst (L3) @Twilio

Overview

Twilio is seeking a Product Data Analyst (L3) to help uncover and deliver product data, analysis, and insights that empower stakeholders to maximize data impact in decision-making. This remote position is primarily based in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Own complex analytics projects from ambiguous problem statements to delivering actionable, data-driven insights.
• Partner with Product Managers to define metrics, build reporting dashboards, and integrate data into product planning.
• Utilize SQL and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) to translate complex data into clear stakeholder recommendations.
• Maintain and document metrics, datasets, and models to ensure a single source of truth.
• Balance multiple initiatives with clear prioritization and proactive updates.
• Ensure data quality standards through robust validation and transparency.
• Incorporate modern AI tools into workflows to enhance efficiency in SQL coding and analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Hands-on experience in SQL or relational database languages for quality assurance.
• Proficiency with BI tools, especially Tableau and Looker.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage deliverables independently and drive tasks to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
