Overview

Figma is seeking a Product Designer to join the Figma Weave team, focusing on the integration of generative AI with creative tools. This role provides an opportunity to impact product direction significantly while working on innovative AI-driven design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction.
• Deliver clear storytelling around customer needs and business opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design teams.
• Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements.
• Mentor peers and provide thoughtful feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a product designer.
• 3+ years of experience working on a software product of similar scale or complexity.
• Experience using node-based design tools or broader design/development tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining design decisions and strategy.
• Great attention to detail and an eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout.
