Overview

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Instacart+ will oversee the go-to-market strategy for this membership program, focusing on customer acquisition and engagement. This role sits at the intersection of product, brand, and growth within Instacart, a company transforming the grocery industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the differentiated positioning of Instacart+ to set it apart from competing offerings.
• Develop messaging and lifecycle programs that enhance member value through various channels.
• Partner with growth and performance marketing teams for effective acquisition strategies.
• Act as the internal voice of the Instacart+ member in product roadmap discussions.
• Create and execute go-to-market plans for new Instacart+ features.
• Provide expertise on subscription and loyalty strategies to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4+ years in product marketing, preferably in consumer tech.
• Proven track record managing go-to-market strategies for subscription or loyalty programs.
• Fluency in member acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and churn management.
• Ability to synthesize consumer research and competitive signals into effective messaging.
• Strong communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using data and A/B testing for campaign development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits

Instacart offers highly competitive compensation and benefits tailored to each location. The base pay range for this role in Canada is $153,000 — $161,500 CAD. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for equity grants and annual refresh grants.

Location

This role is remote but restricted to candidates in Canada, specifically in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia.
