Henosis International is currently seeking passionate and driven individuals to join its team as Project/Outreach Coordinators across multiple states in Nigeria.
Role Overview
The Project/Outreach Coordinator will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring outreach programs and community-based projects. The successful candidate will work closely with volunteers, stakeholders, and community members to ensure that all initiatives are effectively implemented and aligned with the organization’s mission. Additionally, this position uniquely supports humanitarian projects in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will coordinate and oversee outreach projects and activities across assigned locations. They will develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to ensure smooth project execution.
The role requires close collaboration with volunteers, partners, and stakeholders to drive engagement and participation. The coordinator will also monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide regular updates to ensure objectives are met efficiently.
Additionally, the candidate will identify potential challenges and propose practical solutions to enhance project impact. Ensuring that all activities align with organizational goals and community needs will be a core responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants should possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for coordinating teams and engaging stakeholders.
Experience in project management, event coordination, or community development will be considered an added advantage. Candidates should demonstrate a strong passion for humanitarian service, community development, and social impact initiatives.
A minimum qualification of an HND or degree in a relevant field is required.
