Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Roadmap & Planning: Define data validation and automation strategies for platform features.
• Backend & Pipeline Testing: Execute complex test cases for backend data systems, focusing on integrity and data transformation.
• AI-Augmented Testing: Use AI tools to create test suites and enhance data validation scenarios.
• Data Automation Excellence: Develop and extend scalable automation frameworks and quality monitoring suites.
• Governance & Standards: Establish best practices and coding standards for the automation team.
• Advocate for Automation: Promote an automation-first approach to minimize manual data reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in Software Quality Assurance with a record of leading end-to-end testing efforts.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT workflows, and data warehouse architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, with the ability to read and debug data pipeline code.
• Experience in QA automation and implementing testing frameworks and CI/CD-integrated testing pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing testing processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in Agile teams.
