Overview
Lyft is looking to add a Quality Assessment Specialist to its Claims Operations team. This fully remote role is responsible for auditing the accuracy, compliance, and quality of claims intake and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured quality reviews of claims intake calls/tickets and customer interactions against defined rubrics.
- Score interactions using a weighted rubric and maintain consistent scoring standards.
- Meet defined audit volume/coverage targets per week.
- Participate in calibration sessions with other QA reviewers and team leads.
- Flag ambiguity in rubrics and propose updates.
- Deliver actionable feedback to specialists and team leads based on QA findings.
- Identify coaching opportunities and recurring error patterns.
- Track and report QA trends and identify systemic issues.
- Support special projects such as audits and data reconciliation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in claims processing, customer support, or a related role.
- Prior QA, audit, or coaching experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of claims intake processes and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while staying calibrated with the QA team.
- Comfortable with data tracking tools.

Location
This role is fully remote; however, candidates must be based in the Nashville metro area.
