Health Care Without Harm Southeast Asia is seeking a Regional Climate and Health Manager to lead its Climate and Health Program focused on driving climate resilience and sustainability in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Southeast Asia Climate Program and oversee flagship projects.
Strengthen MEAL systems for evidence-based outcomes and mentor project teams.
Co-lead advocacy efforts for health's position in climate action and manage regional campaigns.
Build relationships with Ministries, NGOs, and support fundraising efforts.
Lead development of policy papers on air pollution and conduct capacity-building programs.
Integrate climate goals with other areas and promote engagement with the GGHH network.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Climate, Environment, or health-related field; environmental management background preferred.
10 years of program management experience or 7 years with a master’s degree in health, environment, or climate programs.
Experience in Southeast Asia and managing teams.
Strong communication, public speaking skills, and ability to establish partnerships.
Fluency in English; knowledge of a Southeast Asian language is an asset.
