    Overview

    Health Care Without Harm Southeast Asia is seeking a Regional Climate and Health Manager to lead its Climate and Health Program focused on driving climate resilience and sustainability in the healthcare sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the Southeast Asia Climate Program and oversee flagship projects.
    • Strengthen MEAL systems for evidence-based outcomes and mentor project teams.
    • Co-lead advocacy efforts for health's position in climate action and manage regional campaigns.
    • Build relationships with Ministries, NGOs, and support fundraising efforts.
    • Lead development of policy papers on air pollution and conduct capacity-building programs.
    • Integrate climate goals with other areas and promote engagement with the GGHH network.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Climate, Environment, or health-related field; environmental management background preferred.
    • 10 years of program management experience or 7 years with a master’s degree in health, environment, or climate programs.
    • Experience in Southeast Asia and managing teams.
    • Strong communication, public speaking skills, and ability to establish partnerships.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of a Southeast Asian language is an asset.
