Overview

Southern Voice is seeking a motivated Research Officer to join its expanding team. The role involves working at the intersection of research, coordination, and global development, supporting multi-country research initiatives, managing publication processes, and contributing to knowledge production and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of multi-country research initiatives
• Coordinate publication processes and ensure timely dissemination of research outputs
• Contribute to designing and delivering research projects aligned with organizational goals
• Manage day-to-day project activities and facilitate collaboration with partners
• Support institutional planning and strengthen partnerships across the network
• Assist in knowledge dissemination and outreach efforts to amplify research impact

Requirements

• Strong research, coordination, and analytical skills
• Experience in managing multi-country research projects
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Passionate about global development and amplifying perspectives from the Global South
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
