Requirements

• 8+ years of healthcare or enterprise technology sales experience, including 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of building and leading teams that exceed quotas.
• Experience in scaling a territory/team with hands-on outbound prospecting.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare sales cycles and coach others.
• Understanding of healthcare buying motions and compliance expectations.
• Analytical approach to pipeline and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for AI and transforming software development.
