Overview

Figma is seeking an experienced researcher to join its Research team, focusing on Agentic Experiences. The role involves shaping and executing research strategies to drive innovation in design and production tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic research and recommendations to influence the vision for Figma’s Agentic Experiences.
• Partner with product leaders to identify opportunities and define success.
• Break down complex business challenges into clear research plans and own the research process.
• Leverage storytelling skills to deliver impactful insights to Figma's businesses.
• Influence the product roadmap through a strong product mindset.
• Advocate for Research as a strategic partner and raise craft standards through mentorship.

Requirements

• 7+ years in UX research or user insights in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with AI-powered products and evaluating nonlinear experiences.
• Capability to manage significant research programs independently.
• Expertise in a variety of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Familiarity with product telemetry and analytics.
• Ability to gain buy-in from cross-disciplinary partners and articulate user stories.
• Proficient in balancing research, strategy, and business insights in decision-making.
