Key Responsibilities

• Track key business and industry trends to inform coaching moments and process improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value retailer accounts and assist in all aspects of the sales cycle.
• Improve sales processes, collateral, and prospecting capabilities to enhance team efficiency.
• Strengthen cross-functional partnerships to support retailer acquisition and business growth.

Requirements

• History of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
• Experience in sales management or 3-4 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in eCommerce.
• Experience developing early career professionals.
• Process and data-driven with proven success in sales funnel optimization.
• Experience implementing activity metrics and coaching cold outreach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Creative problem-solver with cross-functional skills in a high-growth environment.
• SMB sales experience with a retail or eCommerce background is a plus.
