Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the Retail SDR team consistently achieves quarterly qualified meeting and sales targets through hands-on coaching.
• Track and translate key business and industry trends into coaching moments and process improvements.
• Build and maintain retailer relationships at high-value accounts, actively participating in sales calls.
• Enhance sales processes, collateral, and prospecting capabilities to reach independent retailers swiftly and precisely.
• Strengthen cross-functional partnerships to develop scalable processes that accelerate retailer acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven history of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
• Experience in sales management or 3-4 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in eCommerce.
• Experience in developing early-career professionals.
• Process and data-driven with a strong track record in sales funnel optimization.
• Demonstrated success in implementing activity metrics and coaching cold outreach effectively.
